Notice is hereby given that the 81st Annual Meeting of the Members of Clay Electric Cooperative, Inc. will be held on Thursday, August 21st, 2025 at Oil Belt Christian Service Camp’s Activities Building northwest of Charley Brown Park, Old Highway 50 West, Flora, Illinois. 

Registration and serving of the meal will begin at 5:00pm. The business meeting will be called to order at 6:30pm to take action on the following:

1. Call of the roll.
2. National Anthem and Invocation. 
3. Reading of the notice of the meeting and proof of the due publication or mailing thereof, or waivers of notice of the meeting, as the case may be.
4. Reading of unapproved minutes of previous meetings of the members and the taking of necessary action thereon.
5. Presentation and consideration of and acting upon reports of officers, trustees and committee. 
6. Election of trustees. 
7. Unfinished business. 
8. New business.
9. Adjournment.
